Meet the Founders

Paul Morales

Director of Operations & Sales

Company co-owner and Director of Operations and Sales, Paul Morales, is a nine-year veteran of the United States Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. Following training in Charleston, South Carolina and Balston Spa, New York, Paul served aboard U.S.S. Nimitz and U.S.S. Gerald R. Ford until his departure from the Navy in September of 2017. Upon leaving naval service, Paul began work for an Ohio-based testing company where he attained the level of Supervising Engineer and InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) level 4. Prior to starting Mantis Electrical Testing, Paul worked for a Colorado based electrical contractor as a Commissioning Engineer, ensuring specification conformity and coordinating energized load testing of data center equipment prior to turnover to the end user.

Nishat Maredia

Nishat Maredia

Co-Owner & President

Company co-owner and President, Nishat Maredia, is an eight-year veteran of the United States Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. Following her departure from the Navy in 2019, Nishat worked as a Nuclear Maintenance Training Instructor for a commercial nuclear power generation site in New Jersey where she trained station technicians in Uninterruptible Power Supplies and storage batteries in addition to human performance excellence and process compliance. After moving to Colorado, she transitioned to the data center industry where she consulted on VLA/VRLA storage battery installation, capacity testing, battery health assessments, and trend analysis per IEEE and local standards to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
