Pay Range & Responsibilities by Level
NETA Lvl I
Level 1 Technician
$40-$48/hr
STARTING RANGE
Entry-level technicians who support testing activities under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment setup, performing basic testing tasks, documenting results, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and procedural compliance.
NETA Lvl II
Level 2 Technician
$49-$58/hr
RANGE
Technicians with developing technical skills who can perform a wider range of testing with moderate supervision. Responsibilities include executing standard tests, interpreting basic results, troubleshooting straightforward issues, and contributing to accurate reporting.
NETA Lvl III
Level 3 Technician
$59-$68/hr
RANGE
Experienced technicians who work with limited supervision and take on advanced testing responsibilities. They are capable of interpreting complex data, diagnosing issues, leading portions of projects, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring quality and efficiency in the field.
NETA Lvl IV
Level 4 Technician
$69-$80/hr
RANGE
Senior-level experts who lead projects and oversee testing operations. Responsibilities include project leadership, advanced diagnostics, client coordination, quality assurance, mentoring team members, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and company expectations.

- Overtime Pay:
- 1.5x base rate for:
- Any hours worked over 8 in a single day
- All hours worked on Saturdays
- 2x base rate for all hours worked on Sundays
- 1.5x base rate for:
- Company Vehicle: Eligible employees are provided with a company vehicle, supporting safe, efficient travel to job sites and reinforcing our commitment to providing the tools needed for success.
- Certification Support (NETA & NICET): We are committed to your professional growth and advancement. Mantis Electrical Testing LLC will cover the cost for technicians to take NETA and NICET certification exams, supporting up to two attempts per level. Exams are taken at your own pace, giving you the flexibility to prepare thoroughly while balancing work and personal commitments.
- Relocation Assistance: We welcome candidates from across the country who are interested in joining our team in Northern Colorado. Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants willing to relocate, helping to make your transition as smooth and successful as possible. Our team is happy to support you as you establish yourself in the area and begin your career with Mantis Electrical Testing LLC.
